I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the staff. the spacious, brand new room with two showers and two sinks was a delight, and the addition of an extra bed did not compromise the ample space available. the array of activities for kids, including the aqua park and nightly shows, ensured that my family had an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. the presence of a 24/7 clinic near the pool area gave me peace of mind, knowing that medical assistance was readily available if needed, especially with children around. the efficient management's response to a minor issue in the bathroom, offering an upgrade, exemplified their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The resort exceeded my already high expectations with its top-notch facilities, attentive staff like Mr Yossef and Mr Mogib, and meticulously maintained grounds. I highly recommend Pickalbatros White Beach Resort to families seeking a safe and enjoyable vacation experience, as it truly exemplifies the epitome of hospitality and service excellence.
